Services during the stay begin with dinner on the day of arrival and end with breakfast on the day of departure.

The hotel day starts at 15:00 and ends at 11:00.

The climate fee is not included in the accommodation price.

It is charged in cash according to the applicable rate – 3.20 PLN/1 person/1 day

Cancellation of the reservation: Przy dokonaniu rezerwacji wymagana jest wpłata 40% wartości rezerwacji. Anulowanie rezerwacji w terminie dłuższym niż 21 dni przed planowaną datą przyjazdu (rozpoczęcia pobytu) jest bezpłatne. Wpłacona przedpłata podlega zwrotowi w terminie kilku dni roboczych. W przypadku anulowania w terminie krótszym niż 21 dni przed planowaną datą przyjazdu przedpłata nie podlega zwrotowi.
